Aloha! Shortly after we made our official travel plans to shoot Alicia and Michael’s wedding in Hawaii and planning our trip, the opportunity to shoot a beautiful styled Hawaii wedding shoot became a reality! We planned an amazing trip to Oahu, Hawaii and were so excited that we were able to put together this incredible shoot just foot steps (well, a lot of footsteps!) away from our condo at the Hawaiian Princess! Together with Jenna and Alanna Madrid Floral and Event Design, A Cake Life, Simply Bridal, LH Calligraphy, Cake Works, Smitten on Paper, Brandy Bitton and our fantastic models, we collaborated on a Hawaii meets bohemian and a splash of pineapple (the Pacific Northwestern-er in me had to have the pineapple!) styled wedding shoot! Let me just say that Alanna, these florals are some of the most gorgeous displays I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing and secretly I hoped I could bring them all home with me! Isn’t this bouquet insane? Gahh we loved it! Simply Bridal mailed us this beautiful flowy gown to Hawaii, LH Calligraphy and Smitten on Paper mailed me all kinds of goodies that I carefully put into my carry on bags on literally we were painting gold pineapples and Alanna and her sweet Mom were busy in the living room of our condo! It was so fun to host this incredible shoot just footsteps from the beautiful beach condo we called home those ten days! We walked load after load of amazing-ness over to LahiLahi Point by Papaoneone Beach for the shoot! Thank you to everyone for collaborating with us and making this shoot incredible! We’re so grateful!
Ps. Brides, we fell in love with Hawaii in our time there! If you’re planning a wedding on any of the beautiful Hawaiian Islands, we’d love to come back to shoot your wedding!
